Each dog is house and doggy door trained so that when we do retire them they can be transitioned to new homes with the greatest of ease. We have a privacy fenced area that is attached to our home where they are free to romp, play and exercise as they please. Our dogs are extremely happy, spoiled, 4-legged family members. We have carefully selected each dog that best represents their breed standard so that they may pass along the desired traits and healthy qualities necessary to produce the highest quality puppies possible. Our Parent dogs are vet checked and screened by qualified veterinarians for health maintenance and genetic cleared to be suitable for breeding. |

| Our puppies are pampered from day one! They are born and raised in our home, underfoot where they are given constant attention and showered with love. They are accustomed to noises of everyday life in a family setting and loving home environment. We guarantee you a quality puppy that is well socialized, pre-spoiled and Family ready when you finally get your little one home!Our puppies are bred specifically with family in mind and will bring much pleasure, joy and happiness to the entire family. With that said.....also comes the responsibility and commitment from you for the lifetime of the dog. Please make sure you are selecting a puppy after careful thought and consideration as to your needs, home environment and lifestyle. We are always ready to assist you with your puppy selection to ensure better puppy placement. If you are a first time puppy owner please be aware of "normal" puppy behaviors such as.....chewing, nipping, jumping, running, barking or periods of high energy as these should never be considered a fault. With maturity of the dog, proper training, patience and commitment from you....these undesirable behaviors will soon pass and you will have your perfect family companion. On rare occasions, a family may have extreme difficulty caring for their puppy, or the puppy may not be adjusting well to it’s adopted home. In those cases we will take the puppy back and re- home the puppy for you. We do not offer any refunds or exchanges once you get your puppy home so please give considerable attention to your initial purchasing decision. **POTTY TRAINING** Our puppies have had a limited amount of preliminary crate and potty training. This means that they are learning, but have not yet mastered these commands. As the breeder, I have introduced the puppies to a routine feeding, play and outside potty schedule that will help with the training process. Please DO NOT expect your puppy to be fully trained at this young age and understand that accidents can and will happen. Whining in the crate especially within the first week of being in their new home is completely normal and does not necessary mean your puppy has to go potty. They will often whine due to the fact they want attention or are missing their siblings. You as the new owner must carry on a daily routine that will help your puppy master these commands in the shortest period of time and make the potty and crate training process much easier on you. |
